ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS Paid advertising on www.snowdonia-active.com - Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy 1. All entries are accepted at Snowdonia-Active’s absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any listing at any time. 2. Requesting or accepting a listing denotes acceptance of our Terms & conditions, which may be subject to change. 3. Our legal liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the year. 4. Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase of an enhanced listing in the S-A Directory and receive a refund. To cancel, you can e-mail us at directory@snowdonia-active.com, or write to us within seven days of receiving confirmation of acceptance from S-A Directory. 5. Cancellations made after seven days will not be entitled to any refund. Any refund given after this time will be entirely at Snowdonia-Active’s discretion. 6. All payments and refunds will be made via the Secpay secure payment system - payment will be returned to the card used for the original payment. 7. All transactions will be made in GB pound Striling. 8. All advertising rates quoted are for pre-paid entries. 9. Re-booking will be taken to imply satisfaction with the previous listings. 10. Advertising or listing rates may be changed without notice. The new rate will be applied on renewal. 11. Once we accept an entry or advert for listing, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that it remains publicly available for viewing, and is maintained reasonably. 12. The advertiser vouches that they have checked and approved their listing, and that the information supplied to us is accurate, and any advertising conforms to normal standards. 13. Renewal notices or invoices will be sent out by e-mail or other means, about one month before the renewal date and should be paid promptly otherwise the enhanced listing will be removed or demoted to a standard free listing. PHOTOS Terms of business for the display of photographs on www.snowdonia-active.com 1. These terms and conditions govern all agreements between Eryri-Bywiol Cyf trading as Snowdonia Active ('the publisher') and photographers for the display of photograph/s on the web site known www.snowdonia-active.com ('the web site'). 2. The delivery of photograph/s in any format to the publisher signifies acceptance of these Terms of Business. 3. Any variation of these terms must be agreed in writing between the photographer and the publisher. 4. The photographer may provide photograph/s to the publisher who is entitled to display them on the web site. 5. Photograph/s will be displayed as jpg or gif images at a size and resolution determined by the publisher. 6. Neither the publisher nor the photographer will charge remuneration for the aforementioned. 7. The publisher may display (or not display) the photographer's photograph/s on the web site at their absolute discretion. 8. The publisher reserves the right to crop, alter the brightness, resolution, compression etc. of any photograph submitted for display on the web site. 9. At any time the photographer may give written notice that he no longer wishes some or all his/her photograph/s to be displayed on the web site. 10. The publisher claims no copyright to the photographs provided for display on the web site. 11. The photographer warrants that he/she owns or controls all rights or has obtained copyright, moral rights and similar permissions, consents, waivers as are required for the display of photographs provided for display on the web site. 12. The photographer warrants that no copyright or moral rights or any other rights of a similar nature now existent or hereinafter created will be infringed by the publisher displaying the photographs on the web site. 13. The photographer agrees to indemnify the publisher against all losses, damages, claims or expenses (including legal costs) which the publisher may reasonably incur by virtue of any breach of the above warranties or in the event of any claim (whether or not proceedings are issued) by any party against the publisher that any copyright or moral rights or any other rights of a similar nature have been infringed by the publisher or that the publisher have induced, encouraged, authorised or otherwise been associated with such infringement. 14. Although the publisher will take reasonable care of any original printed photograph/s and transparencies provided to them by the photographer, the photographer warrants and undertakes to insure the photograph/s for their full value (including consequential losses) whilst in transit to and from the publisher and whilst in the publisher's possession. 15. The publisher's liability for any loss or damage whether caused by negligence of otherwise will be limited to the replacement cost of copying the transparency/s or the re-printing cost of print/s lost/damaged and the publisher will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage or loss of profit of the photographer or of any other party nor be liable for the cost of re-taking or re-shooting the material provided to the publisher. CALENDAR Terms of business for the display of calendar items on www.snowdonia-active.com

The Terms and Conditions of the web site are incorporated herein; if there is a conflict between these terms and the Terms and Conditions, these terms shall prevail in any dispute emanating from the calendar and custom calendar service. 3. The calendar user may provide information about forthcoming events to the publisher who is entitled to display them on the web site. 4. The publisher at his absolute discretion may, at any time without notice and without giving reasons (i) stop a calendar user's access to the web site; (ii) remove a custom calendar facility form the web site and any site linked to it. 8. The calendar user warrants that he/she owns or controls all rights or has obtained copyright, moral rights and similar permissions, consents, waivers as are required for the display of the information supplied for display on the web site. 9. The calendar user warrants that no copyright or moral rights or any other rights of a similar nature now existent or hereinafter created will be infringed by the publisher displaying the information on the web site. 10.
