Snowdon Race 2012
05/04/2012

The 37th International Snowdon Race to the summit of the highest mountain in England and Wales will be taking place on July 21st.
Race Organiser, Stephen Edwards, said: "Once again this year we have been inundated with entries for the race. We have moved from 500 to 600 places in 2012 and we really are at our limit for what the mountain can take on a busy Saturday in July. We only have a few places left." To grab a remaining place in this classic race head on to the Snowdon Race
website.
The French Salomon team has been confirmed as competitors for the 10 mile race and one of the visiting Russian team, Zhanna Vokueva, is very capable of breaking the women's race record.
Stephen Edwards, added: “Llanberis is very proud to host this race and the community take a pride in welcoming all the visitors it attracts. We want people to leave the Snowdon Race with a lasting memory of fun, sport and an enjoyable stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK.”
